After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com. After the order is shipped, you will receive a second email confirming the shipment and a tracking number to track your shipment.
The orders are delivered within approximately 3-5 business days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
